
Trimark Communities, LLC is developing the first such building, designed as a single-story, 22,000-square-foot facility, and is expected to open to tenants in 3rd Quarter 2008. This first Medical Office project is located at the intersection of Wicklund Crossing and De Ana Blvd, just off of Mountain House Parkway, at the entry to Wicklund Village, Mountain House’ first residential village. This location is also directly across the street from Trimark’s existing Wicklund retail building which contains among other uses, the Community’s Information Center, the first phase Branch Library, and Wicklund’s Market, a small village-serving food and beverage convenience store.
