Mountain House recognizes the value of Flex Space for companies needing the spacious, open accommodations these building shells afford, which is why a two-building Flex Complex has been developed within the Mountain House community. The first-class Flex building shells are constructed using tilt-up concrete methods, and each boasts approximately 20,000 square feet of interior space with clear heights of 15 feet. A Redundant MID grid, 120/280-volt three-phase power supply provides 200 amps of power per suite and offers tenants premier capabilities.
